late pick up

I suppose I would use Safe-Direct Shipping as broker again if I needed to do this again. I was not impressed with the shipping company we were set up with (VLK shipping). They picked up car 2 days late, did not pick up phone and car was covered with anti-freeze when delivered from a car that was dripping it from above.

Elise, our apologies. We will speak to VLK about how to use a phone. It drives us crazy too.
