I have a very good experience with the company. They are polite, not very pushy. I turned down the first carrier they picked for me, because the carrier has bad reviews. Safe Direct immediately helped me find another carrier, which I really like, both the pick up driver and the delivery driver. car is not damaged. no unexpected mileage shown in my meter. overall very solid service.
