I had only a small window of time to have my deceased parent's car transported from AZ to NY because I live in CA and was only visiting to take care of the estate. Driver was flexible in car pick up. Only complaint would be English as a Second Language for the driver. Not a big problem for me but the recipients had a very difficult time understanding and communicating with the driver on the delivery side.
