We had never shipped a car before and were very apprehensive. Safe Direct made the process easy! The booking process was simple and a small deposit was not required until our carrier was assigned, so I was able to contact them myself before putting any money down. The balance was not due until the car arrived at it's destination. The carrier itself was in excellent condition and arrived a day early. Communication through the entire process was excellent which was very important since someone else was receiving the car for us on the other end. I had the cell number of the driver and he was very professional and easy to get in touch with. The car arrived on the receiving end early and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Safe-Direct and would not hesitate to use their services again!
