Amanda at Safe-Direct was very helpful and responsive with keeping me updated on the carrier status, answering all of my questions, and putting me in touch with the driver/carrier. My first available date was 6/24, and I was contacted by the carrier (Paula at ACBT) on the morning of the 25th for an evening pickup. I thought it was a bit of short notice but was able to work it out with the driver Yuri for a pickup on the morning of 26th. Yuri was understanding, courteous, professional, and thorough. He estimated delivery on the morning of the 29th, and my car arrived spotless by 7:30 am that day (Yuri also called me the day before to confirm). In terms of the actual price break-down, the broker fee was $225, which was paid AFTER the carrier had been assigned, and the transport cost was $700, which I thought was reasonable for moving from CA to IL. I had an excellent experience with both the broker and the carrier, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Thanks for the great review, Olivia! You bring up a great point - often the notice is for pick-up can be quick, sometimes within 24 hours. Glad the driver could accommodate you!
