This was the first time I ever had a car shipped. On top of that I bought the car out of state so I wasn't there in-person for the pick up. Needless to say I was very leery of the whole process. I chose Safe-Direct by reading their great reviews. Emily from Safe-Direct Car Shipping made me feel at ease and provided great customer service. I gave them a 5-day window to pick up my Jeep and they picked it up on the first day. It was delivered on time the following day. I highly recommend them to ship your car and I will call them first if I ever need to ship a car again.
