I contacted Safe Direct Shipping auto transport months before I needed the service. I was given frequent updates on things to consider and what to be aware of from similar carriers. My home sold quicker than I expected, my plans changed and I needed my car transported. I called and Tom help me navigate through some difficult decisions. Put my auto over the air, received a bid which was what he said it would be, car was picked up and delivered on time, transport driver kept communicating progress up to delivery time. I would refer and use Safe Direct again.
