Dealing with the broker was a good experience, however the issues arose with the company they selected to deliver the car. They had some logistical issues getting the car here on time and were initially going to deliver later than promised. Finally, they agreed to deliver on Sunday but the interior of the brand new car was dirty with grease/soot. If I had not said anything, they would have just left it. They also did not take inventory of the items the picked up from the dealership so when I questioned them about an extra keyfob, they had no clue.

Thanks for your feedback, Luke. Glad we got your new vehicle moved and cleaned for you. Haulers just move cars, though - we recommend any extras (fobs, paperwork, parts) be handled directly through your dealership, as loose items are not your driver's responsibility.
