We received a quote in a timely manner but pick up wasn't available for a number of days due to our pick up location. Emily was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process and was very easy to contact. She answered all of our questions and was a huge help. The driver Eric was also incredibly friendly and easy to coordinate with. Around the pick up date they did try to charge us an extra $100 over what we were quoted but we insisted that this was inappropriate due to the amount of time we waited to have the car picked up. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend to a friend!
