The contact person was very friendly. However, I would have really appreciated if he had told me that replacing the battery of my car would really make a difference in terms of picking up the car. But once I got it done he got it picked up the very next day. The delivery was really fast, only about four days from Atlanta to Portland, OR. Also, the carrier he assigned my car to cleaned up the car and took care. I was satisfied overall.
