Not totally informed

Had to pay a lot more than others paid for the same route n the past and had a lot of stress due to not being informed that there was a possibility of the car not being picked up. I was not informed of this until the day the car was supposed to be picked up, despite putting the order in weeks in advance and being in contact with the representative numerous times before that.

Thanks for your feedback, Michael. Sorry about the misunderstanding but you bring up an important point. Now matter how far in advance you place an order, scheduling is subject to carrier availability the week of pick-up and doesn't always conform to one specific preferred date. It is always realistic to allow for a window of a few days around your preferred date for availability.
