Great from start to finish

I was very nervous about shipping my car, as I'd heard and read many horror stories about cars damaged, items stolen, information withheld, etc. I chose Safe-Direct because they seemed more up-front than other similar businesses about everything that could and would happen during the process. The representative I worked with, David, was generous with his time in answering my many questions. They found a great carrier whose drivers were in contact with us on a regular basis. When we met the car in Virginia, the driver was very friendly and had the car already off the truck waiting for us. We shipped a fair amount of stuff in the trunk, including some pretty fragile items, and they came out just as we had put them in.

Overall, Safe-Direct was responsive, responsible, up-front, and followed through on everything they said they would do. I wish I could say the same for the airline we flew out to Virginia!
