Pickup and delivery were on time, but 2 items that were not noticed until after delivery was made:

1) Car had absolutely no gas in the tank (gas gauge was at E, and cruising range indicator was at 0) but had almost a quarter of a tank of gas when the car was picked up. Their response was "why don't you try driving it to the gas station and see if you make it there, or get a friend to drive you to the gas station to pick up a container of gas".
2) a scrape of approximately 6" wide on the underside of the front bumper.

Thanks for your feedback, Sarah! You bring up an important point - there should be enough gas left in the vehicle on pick-up to allow for loading, unloading and getting home. Gas can evaporate over long transports, so at least a quarter of a tank is recommended. It helps us to help you if we are notified directly about any issues, so now are following up with your carrier about your situation.
