This is the second time I used Safe-Direct Car Shipping and I will do it again without hesitation. They always shoed up to pick up on time and deliver on time. My cars had been delivered in excellent condition. I like the fact that they offer the free damage insurance. People from customer service is always in touch with us to assure that we got good service.
The only thing I do not like much is the fact that I have to writ 200 characters to get my rebate. In my opinion is an inconvenience from consumer point of view, I like the service but I am expecting an easy way to recover this money back without have to go though all this ordeal. In my previous delivering I did not got my rebate ether. I thing you should offer this rebate unconditionally or not offered at all.
