I initially contracted with another shipping company, who failed to follow through with their promises & commitments. My experience with Rodney with Safe Direct was positive from the start. he was professional, knowledgeable & responsive to my needs & concerns. My car was assigned to Good Guys auto transport, who delivered my car to California, without a flaw & ahead of schedule. Overall, I was grateful to have done business with Safe Direct & would highly recommend them & will use them again should the need arise.
