Customer service from Amanda was excellent, she answered questions and emails promptly, even when I was annoying and getting nervous about my daughter getting her car on time.

Scheduling the pick up was a little rocky with the driver of the transport vehicle; he would say a date, then not call me be back as promised and after I called, he'd give me the next day as the new date. This went on for a few days, but he did answer the phone or call me back when I left a message. I understand scheduling is like this with transport vehicles as they are trying to schedule picking different cars up and figure out the timing.

My daughter received the car on the earlier date he gave us (it was a "maybe" date) so we were pleasantly surprised. The car was in the same shape it was picked up and things went very smoothly on my daughter's receiving end.

Overall, I was happy with the company and would use them again should I need to in the future.
