Good Customer Service, but Bad Pickup Experience

The customer service was great all the way through, but it took too long (in my opinion) to finalize the booking for the driver. I had a very tight time window and the driver wasn't confirmed until just 2 days before the window. And the driver did not follow up to finalize plans, and then was late when picking up the car. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

Thanks for your feedback, Justin! You make a really good point about the timing of transports - unlike buses or air flights, auto transport schedules vary from week to week and don't conform to precision timing or advance notice. It is realistic to allow for flexiblity in the days around your preferred date.
