I needed my 2000 GT Mustang Convertible transported from Massachusetts to Ohio. I was unable to do it myself and went online to get a quote. I was immediately bombarded with phone calls and emails. I had no idea how this business worked, but after reading a lot of reviews I was extremely reluctant to get involved. However, "Safe-Direct Shipping" had so many good reviews, I decided to use them, and I especially liked the fact that no deposit was required upfront. My situation was also unique because my car was on Nantucket and had to be transported by ferry to the mainland. I did not want it sitting in the parking lot for days waiting for a pick-up. Mr. David Franco took my order for pick-up on July 25, the day my car was going over on the boat. As the day was approaching, I was getting nervous, but then Mr. Franco called me and said he had a carrier, "Show Car Services". He assured me that he would always be available with any problems along the way. I talked to the dispatcher, Dave, at Show Car Services, but he said the truck was broken down. I finally talked to the driver, John, and he was able to pick my car up the very day it arrived on the boat. And John arrived in Cleveland the next evening. I highly recommend "Safe-Direct Shipping", and especially David Franco.
