Overall the company was great to deal with. Emily was very helpful with the whole process and took time explaining everything. I felt confident with the company since they would cover any insurance if anything had happened and the actual transporters didn't cover it. The only negative was that the transporting company came a day later than promised and they said it was due to a problem they had with loading an undrivable car. However, the car got there very quickly and was satisfied with everything.
