Amanda was very helpful throughout the whole process as I was very apprehensive about using a broker at first. Her quote to me was accurate and provided me with all the information I asked for including the carrier's insurance information. The carrier itself was on time and was only a couple days later than he said due to the truck breaking down, but I was flexible on the delivery date so there were no problems. In fact, the driver initially told me the car would be delivered Thursday, then called a couple days later to tell me the truck broke down and the car may not be delivered until Monday. To my surprise, I received a call Saturday morning telling me he was only 2 hours away. The carrier honored the quoted price and never tried to negotiate anything higher even though I had personal items in the vehicle. Contacting the carrier was a bit difficult since there was only the one dispatcher and the one driver, but they kept me up to date. My car is in the same same condition as before; no damage. Would use Ship A Car Direct if I need to ship my car again.
