This is my first time to ship my car, from EAST COAST to WEST COAST and I was little bit worried at beginning. It came to be a good experience. Tom @ Ship a Car Direct helped me to make the schedule and explained any questions and kept following up the status.

The driver was really nice and friendly, he called me and let me know where he was and when he would pick up the car. The car was finally picked up 1 day later than expected. But it was delivered much faster than what I expected. Just 4 DAYS! On the car delivery day, I was in company, so I told the driver to change the address to my company, which is in another city about 30 miles away. The driver said yes without any questions and extra charges, and friendly. When the car was delivered, I saw the total procedure when they unload the car from the truck. They did it very carefully and checked anywhere to avoid any damage. More interesting, the driver asked me where was my parking lot and planned to drive me back there. They said that's what is called DOOR TO DOOR service.

The car was delivered as the same status when it was picked up. No damage, not dirty.

I'm satisfied with this service.
