I read these reviews first then chose the company. Obvious mistake. Everything was great initially - not the cheapest but reasonable. Of course the quoted price resulted in no carriers. I had to increase the bid by $175.00 on the second week to secure a carrier. Agreement was for a specific date - but the carrier asked to pick up the vehicle 2 days early. Awesome thought I....but it was not to be. I purchased the vehicle from an elderly couple with disabilities and limited availability, and explained that to the broker. No matter - when the carrier failed to show on the first date promised (again - not the contracted date), I called the truck driver - because the broker doesn't get involved anymore (deposit already received) - and received some excuses from the driver but with a promise to pick up the following evening "for sure between 4 and 6 pm". When the driver failed to show then, I became frustrated. I contacted David only to learn that "its just the way it is". Long story short the poor people that I purchased the vehicle from were forced to help load the truck at 2:00 am today. Not sure yet if the vehicle will get to me...but we'll see. So the moral of this story is: In spite of these positive reviews - don't hassle with this industry. Just figure out how to drive the vehicle yourself. Much less anxiety that way. And truly - as long as we give them money - nothing will change. I work in the health/EMS industry. I face difficult situations everyday and somehow manage to do my job. Wonder how these folks would feel if I did a poor job with them or a loved one and just passed it off as "its the way it is". I suspect they would not accept that excuse. So - beware folks...the way it is is pretty bad.

Sorry for your frustration, Tom, your vehicle is on it's way. David is happy to answer any questions or concerns for you in the meantime, but the dates carriers provide are estimates and not guarantees. We put that caveat in our dispatch notices and videos and website because timing for transporters is unique with every unique customer.
