This was so much easier than I thought it would be! Contacted Tom for a quote. He sent me an email with info. I paid a couple hundred dollar deposit to get transaction scheduled. It was scheduled for pickup THAT weekend (so fast I was pleased)! The driver picking up the car in the carrier called me the day before to confirm location. Then driver contacted me about an hour before pickup. We actually met at a convenient location (closer to the I80 because I live in Napa) and he took the car after completing a brief visual inspection.

The car arrived 5 days later and was delivered to my daughter in Amherst, Ohio in perfect condition. She paid the balance upon receipt of the car.

The communications and the transaction was so easy. I'm kicking myself I didn't use them when she and her dad drove for 3 days from Ohio to California in June for the summer ... I highly recommend this company! They are definitely doing it right! Will use again if I need another car transported!
