Customer Service was fantastic and eased all of my concerns about the shipping process. I appreciated the frequent reminder emails and the check-ins after the drop off. The car was dropped off early, which caused some hassle, but it all worked out in the end and the car was delivered in excellent condition. In addition, the driver and car carrier owners were highly flexible about changing addresses and finding an alternate form of payment to make the early drop-off possible.
