fairly straight forward - definitely use again

The process of picking up the car and getting it delivered was very straight forward. The pick up was one day past the earliest possible, but still within the promised window. Delivery was much faster than expected. The only challenge appears to be in the final timing- the driver thought he would be there at noon on Monday and ended up picking up at 2:00 on Tuesday. The driver called to say he would deliver on Friday at 12:00 and ended up delivering at 7PM. I was fine with either time, but it is difficult to plan when the estimates are inaccurate. Still, they were trying hard, and in the end, provided fast turnaround (only 4 days from Michigan to CA). Car was rain splattered but had no damage and nothing missing from it - so all round, very satisfied.

Thanks for your feedback! You are so right about timing and it's something we mention a lot: your driver tries to provide a good estimate but every route is new with unique customers addresses. Timing can't always be predicted with pinpoint accuracy.
