Matt did an excellent job of keeping in touch with me throughout the car shipping process. I had a very short window of time in which my car could be picked up (2 days), and my car was picked up during that time. My car was delivered earlier than expected, which was nice! My only surprises were having to drive 17 miles to meet the car carrier when I had signed up for door-to-door service. I knew I would probably have to meet the car carrier somewhere, and the paperwork said that was possible, but I didn't realize it would be so far away. Also, I asked in my original phone call if there were any reasons that my quoted price could increase, and Matt told me only if my car didn't run and could not be driven onto the carrier. Then, when he arranged the car carrier, he informed me that the carrier wanted an addition $50. That's not a huge increase, but it would have been nice to know that could happen up front. Chris, the driver of the car carrier, was excellent; he kept in great touch with me and was very nice and professional. Overall, a good experience.

Thanks for your review, Jeanne! Glad it was a good experience overall! Sorry Matt didn't mention all the elements that might change a location or a quote - sometimes it comes down to lack of options due to a short window.
