Loved Ship a car direct, HATED company they contracted

We had a love/hate relationship with our car being shipped.

Love: The car was picked up on the day that we expected and it was dropped off a day early than we were told. The condition of the car was the same as we left it except it was dirty on the outside which was expected. We LOVED working with Emily, the person who gave us the quote. She was very friendly and prompt in returning our calls/emails.

Hated: We could not communicate well with the truck driver as he had a very heavy accent. He would also tell us he'd be there "in 10 minutes" only to arrive two hours or more later. With all the stress that moving contributes it is even more stressful to not be sure that the driver knows where the car is and then not sure where he is to pick it up.

Thanks for your feedback Aaron! Love that you loved us, hate that the driver's estimate cost us a few stars. (We do recommend allowing flexibility around the carrier's estimated arrival.) Glad the car arrived quickly and complete!
