Shift in pickup and delivery dates

Disappointed that the 3-day window of pickup and estimated delivery date were changed at last minute. This created a major inconvenience on us since we were coordinating a trip to the destination to move our son into college and we were planning on having the car delivered while we were there. But due to the change in dates, the car arrived after we had returned home. But in fairness to the company, the new pick up date and delivery date were 24 hours apart which was very impressive to us.

Thanks for your feedback Scott. Sorry for the confusion around timing. Unfortunately we can't guarantee exact dates so we do recommend allowing for flexibility in your plans.
