We were timid customers when we called Matt. This was our first auto transport experience and we have an emotional attachment to the car we were transporting. From the first contact with Matt from Ship Direct our fears were allayed and we were comfortable with the process. The car was picked up and delivered as promised and Matt kept us advised. The driver was courteous and competent. I would recommend Ship Direct to anyone who values excellent customer service.
