Our experience with Ship A Car Direct was excellent. Rodney clearly explained everything that would occur in this process. He was always efficient and responsive. The car was picked up on the date scheduled. We were informed five days later from the shipper's offices that the car would be delivered the next day within a designated time frame. At the point of delivery, we were to have our payment in the form of cash or cashier's check or MO. True to their word, I received a call within that designated time and we determined a nearby location where we could take delivery. Twenty minutes later our car was delivered. We thought the price was fair. Other companies gave us higher and lower bids. Comparatively, our price was in the middle. Great job! It goes without saying that we would use Ship A Car Direct again and recommend this efficient, comprehensive service to others.
