I wanted to ship my Nissan Altima car from Chicago - Roanoke and it was my first experience with the shipping process of my car.

It was worth mentioning David Franco from Shipacardirect, who was so much customer centric and provided all information on how the system works. He answered many of my queries and my car was shipped within 4 days from the day of pickup.

I placed the order on Tuesday and it was picked up on Thursday and was delivered by monday morning. David ensured that he is always with me through each of the step till the car was delivered to me.

Seems since the car tires were tied through transport, my car remote isn't working and I need to get that checked. If possible just give the car key only to pick up driver by removing the remote.
Car driver Junior from Irlene Trucking was good and he picked the car on time and delivered the car on time with no damages to car except that remote stuff.
I believe I need to reset the remote program to get that remote corrected.
