Provided a 2 week window to pick up car. Received a call the very day (Saturday) before I was leaving to Orlando Fl. (Sunday early morning) to inform me of a carrier coming Sunday the very day I was leaving. Evidently my initial contact dropped the ball and thanks to Kay (A blessing in disguise) she quickly found me a carrier that Saturday and quickly expedited the whole process. I have used this company before when I moved from Orlando to Malibu, CA. and they are fantastic. When you are in a tight spot, count on Ship-A- Car Direct to come to the rescue. Kudos and sincere thanks Kay.
