I was apprehensive about shipping my daughter's car across country but had a wonderful experience with Ship a Car Direct. My car was picked up on time and delivered early. Everyone that I encountered (the driver, dispatcher) were very professional and exceeded my expectations in terms of communication and overall customer service. I always felt comfortable calling and emailing for information and will definitely use them again.
