Scott was great in ensuring that my vehicle was picked up in my short time frame. I was traveling part of the way across the country and had to ship within a 3-day window. I had no issues with customer service, car pick-up, or car drop off. I have to ship my car back across the country and will only call Scott @ Ship A Car Direct when I am ready.
