Paul was very professional, responsive and provided excellent follow through. Originally we did not get a lot of transport activity out of Rhode Island. Paul and I were able to problem solve this and transport the car for an on time arrival in California. I never had to wait to get Paul on the phone. He called or emailed periodically to keep me updated. As well, he called to inquire about the arrival of the vehicle. I will use this transport service again (Shipacardirect.com) and I highly recommend them. The customer service was excellent. Barry
