I was pleased with the overall ease of the process. After getting several quotes from other companies I was beginning to get discouraged since most of the original quotes I got online changed after I spoke to a representative over the phone. In most cases their original quote doubled or tripled! I was surprised when the quote I received from Ship a Car Direct never increased. I paid the quoted price which was half of the lowest quote that I had already received from other websites. My vehicle was picked up on schedule and delivered on time after traveling cross the country (safely, free of damages). I would not hesitate to use Ship A Car Direct for my future vehicle transport needs.
