I don't think any car shipping service priced reasonably is going to be perfect. There were issues with the pickup time. The driver apparently thought he could get from Sacramento to L.A. in 5 hours including three drop offs. So the pick-up ended up being pretty late, like 10pm. Other than that it all played out as expected. Car arrived fine. Some grimy hand prints inside the driver's door, but I was able to just wipe them off with a little spit and a rag.

Thanks for your feedback, Sam! You bring up a really good point: driver timing projections are estimates. Sometimes the traffic is easy, sometimes not so much. Glad it worked out in the end!
