The entire experience was painless. Met the driver a few blocks from our house in California and our daughter met the driver on the other end a few miles from the center of the Bronx. Car was in perfect shape and everyone was happy. USE THIS COMPANY. We did because of the good reviews and we are glad we did!! Tom followed up with us to make sure everything went OK. EVeryone was extremely professional.
