pickup and delivery was late, but largely due to bad weather, flat tires, etc. Fortunately it wasn't urgent to have delivery right on time. The price seemed reasonable and the car made it to its destination unscathed. I would consider this same transport service again if I needed to.... Dispatch person was friendly and informative.
