Thanks for your feedback Kimberly! You are so right about timing, drive times are not precise so carriers can only provide estimates for arrival. Drivers can't always wait an extra day for delivery or arrive on demand. We recommend planning to be on-lcall and have a friend as back-up in the days around your carrier's arrival estimate.
