This was my first auto transport with Ship-A-Car direct. I was initially reluctant as I had no idea about how it works. I came in contact with David from Ship-a-car and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I changed my destination city and state, due to some reasons after the pick up was confirmed. Still David was very helpful and he immediately obliged with the changes and had my car shipped to my changed destination.
Everything went smooth and perfect. I would not have asked for more! Highly recommend Ship-a-car direct!
