After my initial call, my contact person kept in touch with updates and the pick up was arranged in 2 days. My car was picked up on time on Thursday evening. The driver was very nice and respectful and gave me the estimated time of 5 -7 days.

I got a call on Monday morning from the Trucking company and said the car would be delivered by Tuesday 1 pm. Because of the delays in connection flights, I was able to reach Minneapolis only at 7pm on Tuesday. All this while, the driver and the trucking company was very accommodating of my schedule and was able to do other pick up in that time and come back for me at 8 pm that day. So, its most 7 hours after initial delivery time.

In my opinion, this is a great customer service. And the fact that all this was managed without me involving the transportation company at all tells me that this transportation company maintains a great relationship with its trucking companies.

This is definitely the transportation company that is willing to work with you and not just transport!!
