The whole transaction was easy and very quick. The car was picked up within 3 days of making the call (and actually on the first day that it was available to be picked up). The carrier was very friendly and they communicated well. They didn't give a 24 hour call out to my daughter who was getting the car, but they gave her plenty of time to arrange to meet them.
