I had to move to VA from CA within a very short span due to my job change. I called up ship a car direct. Scott was the person who coordinated with me He explained all the the terms and benefits of using their service which was great. I asked for the earliest pick up time possible as I did not have much time. He checked back with the carrier and scheduled for the pick up date that I requested for, which was just 2 days from the date I booked. The carrier picked up my car on friday and said that he would deliver it by thursday or friday. To my surprise I got my car delivered on thursday by 9 am in perfect condition.Within an hour, Scott contacted me asking if my car was delivered properly and if everything else was fine. So overall ship a car direct was amazing with its service and they delivered what they promised. Scott was great with coordination. I would definitely use their service for any future needs too.
