It was obvious to me that Tom was very knowlegable about car shipping. He indicated that my area wasn't prime yet my pick-up came early and on very short notice. I was able to make my drop off and Frank was there waiting. Frank went out of his way once arriving in Florida by backtracking a considerable distance to deliver the car to me once I arrived in the state. It wasn't an ideal situation for him yet he did it with a smile. I appreciate that he was able to get the car to my location on the day that we had arranged. I would ship with Tom again and have Frank make the haul. Thank you both!
