David was the first person with whom I spoke who seemed smart enough to figure out how to cost-effectively get my car shipped from a tiny town in northern VT to the San Francisco Bay area...by suggesting reasonably nearby pick-up locations that he could actually see were active on "the board", which saved us $300-500. He was a straight talker, and he didn't try to win the business by putting down other carriers. This was refreshing, particularly given we had already had a broker take a deposit, wait 10 days, tell us it was going to cost $400 more, fail to return our deposit, and then exit the business, all within 14 days. Our driver Paul (Avrora Express) was also excellent; he answered his cell, called with updates, even texted, and was 15 minutes early for both the pick-up and drop-off. Use this company, look no further!
