Very smooth operation - used another company before this one and it was an awful experience.
Other company would not provide door-to-door in a residential area. had to meet somewhere their trailer could be loaded - freeway frontage. Plus other co was VERY vague on delivery, etc...
Ship a Car Direct moved the vehicle to a small trailer and provided door-to door service in an area with small streets. On time! Well done!
Also, had great communication skills overall. Highly recommended
