Simple but a few hiccups

The process was fairly painless, and they picked up and delivered my car quickly. A few things that could have made the process better:
1) Was told the day before that the car would get picked up sometime after 5 the next day (Friday) and there was really no flexibility from that point. Would have hoped for either a smaller window or more than 1 day's notice.
2) Delivery date changed a few times. It was okay b/c the person picking up the car was flexible, but could have been more of a problem.
3) Should have been clearer how the trucking company could get paid (no personal checks, for example).

Positives however, include:
1) Trucking company people seemed very decent and honest, family business.
2) Ship A Car had a helpful website that described the industry and the process.

Thanks for your feedback, Konstanin, you bring up some great points. It's always worth a mention (and available on our website, in our videos and in dispatch emails) that timing estimates do require customer flexiblity as there isn't a way to "lock in" drive times in advance. We also note in the payment methods in our terms and conditions, on our website and in the dispatch emails.
