This was the first time I had used any type of transport service and I was a bit hesitant based on mixed experiences people had with other carriers. I decided on Honesty First because of their up-front, polite service and the very competitive rate they quoted me. I worked with Marianne primarily and she was extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions.

They put me in contact with Town and Country transport which did the actual transporting of my vehicle. I worked with Eric from T&C and we arranged a pick up time. They were a little late due to mechanical problems on the truck. Pickup time was supposed to be in the morning between 9-10am but we actually did not meet until 6pm that evening. I was flexible and worked with their repair schedule. He was friendly and nice to work with. He even said that they may be able to deliver the vehicle early on Sunday as opposed to Monday. This ended up not being the case but I appreciated the fact that he tried to get it to me one day earlier than planned.

The vehicle arrived Monday morning as planned and was delivered to the exact address by a local transport truck with a hitch and small, open trailer. It was my impression that my car had only been moved from the T&C truck to this local transporter and was not on any other trucks during the drive over from Texas. This was important to me. I was satisfied with the condition that the car was in and the prompt service from Town and Country. I am thankful for Honesty First and their service as well. This was a very positive experience overall and I recommend them fully.
