One thing I like to complain about is the driver talk English with a strong accent (I myself have accent too), when two people with different accent sometimes make communication a little difficult (we use text message to communicate during shipment period) . The car arrived with dust/dirt which is understandable since it is open type carrier. A good car wash will solve the problem right away.

Overall experience: Car arrived on time safely, I would say the shipment is smooth.

Thanks for your feedback, James! You are right - just like some of our customers, some transport drivers have English as a second language. And cars do arrive dirty after being shipped hundreds of miles. Glad it was smooth overall!
